The DS-2CD2H86G2-IZS uses an 8MP sensor and a motorised 2.8-12mm varifocal lens. The adjustable lens lets you set a broad overview or a tighter view of a particular area without changing the camera.
DarkFighter imaging supports low-light operation, with infrared illumination specified up to 40 metres. Audio and alarm connections are available for external equipment. This is a varifocal turret, not a motorised pan-and-tilt camera, so its viewing direction is set during installation.
