The LawMate PV-RC400UW records video at up to 3840 x 2160 in a compact key-fob style unit. Physical controls provide direct operation, with vibration feedback for changes in recording status. Footage is saved to microSD.
Local P2P Wi-Fi lets a compatible phone or tablet show the live view, change settings and download files. It does not provide an independent internet connection. The recorder also supports lower resolutions, still photographs and an optional date and time stamp. USB-C provides a wired connection for transferring recordings.
