The Hikvision DS-2XC6646G0/P-IZHRS combines 4MP number plate recognition with a stainless-steel anti-corrosion housing. This version has an 8-32mm varifocal lens, allowing the camera view to be set around a vehicle lane or entrance. A built-in wiper helps keep the front viewing window clear.
DarkFighter imaging and infrared illumination rated up to 100 metres support night operation. ANPR results depend on the plate's size, angle and exposure in the image, not just the illumination distance. The enclosure uses 316L stainless steel and has IP67 protection. Anti-corrosion construction is not the same as explosion protection, so confirm suitability separately for any hazardous-area installation.
