The Hikvision iDS-TCM403-BI(G)/Y/POE/0832 is a 4MP ANPR bullet camera with an 8-32mm varifocal lens. It is intended for vehicle monitoring where reading number plates is a priority, rather than simply recording a general overview of the road or entrance.
The adjustable lens lets the installer frame the capture area around the expected vehicle position. Built-in infrared lighting assists night operation, while onboard number plate recognition provides plate information for a compatible recording or management system. Camera height, viewing angle and exposure settings need to be planned around the approach. Audio and alarm connections are provided. Confirm the required integration with your recorder or access-control system before ordering.
